Any additional payments to the contractor, locksmith, plumber or handyman etc. will not be covered. The following are the upper limits of lifetime coverage for claims:<\/p>\n<p>United States: $2,000<br>Canada: CAD $2,000<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What Google Guaranteed covers:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Google Guaranteed program covers claims up to the amount on the job invoice up to the lifetime cap for coverage.<br>Services must be booked through Google Local Services. The Google Guarantee doesn\u2019t cover add-on or future projects, damages to property, dissatisfaction with price or provider responsiveness, or cancellations.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>How Google Guaranteed works:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>If one of your customers submits a claim:<br>1) Google will contact you to learn more.<br>2) You\u2019ll have an opportunity to make things right with your customer.<br>OR<br>3) After investigating the claim, Google will decide on a resolution.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Businesses can apply to get the Google Guarantee<\/strong><\/em> by signing up for Local Services ads. Pros that appear on Local Services through partner affiliates may also be Google Guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The Google Guaranteed certification requires<\/strong><\/em> a background check for all employees of the business.
